Delivery Fee

Standard delivery

The earliest available date and time for standard delivery will be the following day of the order between 10am to 5pm. 


* Please place orders at least one day in advance. As all arrangements are made to order, we seek your kind understanding on this.
* For other timing or urgent requests of delivery, please call or WhatsApp us at 8399 7435.

* We do not deliver to the following locations

  • All army camps and high security areas
  • All PSA ports
  • Jurong Island
  • Changi Airport cargo complex

We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location or delivery slot.


Failed delivery / redelivery

In the event that the delivery was unsuccessful (eg: no one home to collect the order, or wrong address given), the delivery man will attempt to reach the customer for further instructions. If the person cannot be reached, a redelivery can be arranged on another day, subjected to an additional $15 fee. 


Recipient’s address

We encourage our customers to ensure that the recipient’s address is entered correctly and that additional information (if necessary) is given to help our drivers locate the address. For specific instructions and requests (eg: leaving the item at the doorstep if no one is home), please include it in the order note during checkout. Requests will be accepted at our discretion and will not be guaranteed. 


Acknowledgement of receipt

The customer is responsible for making sure that there is someone present at the delivery address to receive the order. If the customer has indicated for us to leave the flowers at the front door if no one is at home, we will not be liable for any flowers from that point onwards. 


For any flowers sent to business addresses or hospitals, the signature of any person authorized to receive deliveries on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
