What are the delivery/shipping costs?

What are your delivery timeslots?

We have two delivery timeslots available. The timeslots are as follows:

Morning – 10am to 1pm
Afternoon – 1pm to 5pm

We do not deliver on Public Holidays

If you have special requests, please drop us a WhatsApp message

What happens if I change or cancel my order?

Changes to order: For any changes to your orders, please contact us and we will try to accommodate any changes whenever possible. However, please keep in mind that we reserve the right to reject changes to order if preparations have already been made.

Cancellations: For any cancellations, refunds will only be accepted if requested 2 days before the delivery.

Do you provide same day delivery?
Please place your orders at least one day in advance. As all arrangements are made to order, we seek your kind understanding on this for us to create the freshest arrangements for you.

However, for urgent enquiries or orders, please WhatsApp us at 83997435 and we will assist you as best as we can.

Product

Will the product be created as exactly shown in the photos?
We try our best to ensure that our arrangements are as close to the shown product on our website as possible. However, please keep in mind that flowers and foliages are all a beautiful product of mother nature and are all unique in their own way. As such, the finished product may differ slightly in terms of colour, shape or size.
What happens if replacements have to be made for the flowers/foliages?
At Petal Elements, our priority is the promise and commitment we give to our customers when they choose our floral designs and we strive to guarantee the delivery of the freshest flower arrangements for our dear customers. However, we do seek our customer’s understanding that replacements for flowers, foliages or materials may be necessary due to the seasonal nature of flowers and the availability of materials. Should replacements be needed, our team ensures that the design and feel of the product will not be compromised and that the item of replacement will be of an equal or higher value than the original.

We reserve the right to substitute any materials at our discretion, without prior notice or obligations to the customer.
