Refund Policy

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. In the event of a complaint or unsatisfactory product, please email or WhatsApp us with a picture of the item within 24 hours of receiving the item to let us help you resolve the issue. In the event that the recipient has failed to receive the product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a redelivery the next day.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If we believe that there is an abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right not to refund or arrange for a redelivery.

Substitution and Replacement of Materials 

 

At Petal Elements, our priority is the promise and commitment we give to our customers when they choose our floral designs and we strive to guarantee the delivery of the freshest flower arrangements for our dear customers. However, we do seek our customer’s understanding that replacements for flowers, foliages or materials may be necessary due to the seasonal nature of flowers and the availability of materials. Should replacements be needed, our team ensures that the design and feel of the product will not be compromised and that the item of replacement will be of an equal or higher value than the original. We reserve the right to substitute any materials at our discretion, without prior notice or obligations to the customer.
